Information for New Clients

It’s easy to get started at Fusion Pilates Asheville. We have no membership fees and a client friendly pricing structure made to fit any budget.

We recommend that new clients begin by purchasing the Introductory Package, which consists of 3 Private Sessions on the equipment, 3 Equipment Classes and 3 Mat Classes. (other packages are also available for new clients. Check our Specials or call for what’s being offered now.)

The Introductory Package is a great way to give you a feel for Fusion Pilates Asheville and will help you to decide which offerings are best for you. It will also give our instructors the chance to meet you one on one to introduce you to the machinery and to learn your strengths and weaknesses and to help you outline your mind/body goals. We can then develop a program based on your needs and goals to help you experience the greatest results in the shortest amount of time.

Please schedule at least one of your Private Sessions first. This will allow us to introduce you to the studio and our work in a one-on-one setting. And when you’re ready for your mat classes, make sure that you attend level one classes designed for beginners.

Physical or medical issues

We all have our particular health concerns or issues, be it an old sports injury or a tender lower back from long hours of commute. We cannot stress enough just how important it is to communicate any preexisting medical problems to your teacher before your session or class.

Teachers can then tailor the exercises to accommodate your needs. This is particularly true for people recovering from injuries, with chronic muscular-skeletal issues, or those recovering from surgical or medical procedures.

Dress

Dress should be comfortable. Wear loose-fitting or non-restrictive clothing and avoid accessories that could impede your movement. Classes and sessions are all barefoot or with socks.

Cell Phones

Please help us maintain a peaceful environment by turning off your cell phone before entering the studio.

Perfume

Please help us maintain a fragrance-free environment.

Mats

Mats can be borrowed before class or purchased at the boutique.

On Arrival

Check in at the front desk, take off your shoes and please turn off your cell phone.
