Uniting the Breath, Spine & Alignment Into Movement Ease for Every Body

Day 1: Fundamentals—The complexity of the spinal movements unleashed:

  • Understanding the simple biomechanics of the spine
  • The breathing technique as support to the contrast in movement
  • The relevance of proper support of the spine
  • The release into the "flow" of breath and movement
  • The spine as support for optimal posture.

Day 2: Applied SmartSpine Work (Practical Client Application)

  • Breath Control and Awareness
  • Movement Facilitation of the spine via respiratory system and the ribs
  • Core Activity via movement and positioning of the hip joint
  • Movement challenges via upper and lower quadrants
  • Movement modifications and clinical applications

The course materials include:

  • Extensive illustrated manual
  • DVD
  • Certification of Completion CEC's are offered for P.M.A., A.C.E. and N.A.T.A.

Policies

  • Please sign up now to avoid losing your spot and to avoid courses being canceled due to not reaching the minimum in time. (There have been many instances where we've been forced to cancel a course due to low attendance only to have 10 students email us a week before the class to say that they had planned to sign up.)
  • Minimum students to hold class is 6. Maximum is 16.
  • All fees paid minus a $200 administration fee will be refunded for any cancellations made 30 days prior to first date of this course. There will be absolutely no refund of any kind for any cancellations made within 30 days prior to the first date of the course. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the first day of the course will not receive a refund of any kind, but can transfer once to the next available course. Otherwise, the full fees will be forfeited. No refund will be issued after the commencement of the course for any reason. No exceptions.
  • Each class has a minimum number of 7 students register and pay to be held. If the minimum is not met, the class will be canceled with 14 days notice. If a class is canceled- all students will be refunded in full. Please keep this in mind when making travel arrangements.
